Autosmart is a market-leading manufacturer with franchise owners operating globally. Recently accredited as very good to work for by Employee Engagement Specialist Best Companies, we are looking for a driven and dynamic Project Manager to drive a migration that will significantly impact the success of our franchisees businesses.

You will be responsible for the roll out and delivery of our custom-built Point of Sales system (POS) AtlasPro to our Franchise network. You will own the relationship with the Franchisees, supporting them with their transition and integration into AtlasPro.

At Autosmart, we focus on innovation, quality and setting new standards in our industry. AtlasPro is more than just a POS system, it will revolutionise the way our franchisees do business. Providing them with invaluable data and analytics in real time, supporting with route planning, stock management, health and safety, and much more.

Our Project Manager will be:

  • Responsible for the delivery and roll out of AtlasPro to our Franchise network

  • Working with and driving stakeholders to manage the delivery of the project to scope, costs and time

  • Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential bottlenecks and working with stakeholders to devise contingency plans as required

  • Responsible for effectively leading meetings with franchisees, internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensuring sufficient levels of test execution alongside User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful delivery of AtlasPro

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office products to produce project documentation and presentations

    Proven experience of managing high profile projects, preferably technical projects for manufacturing businesses

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate

  • PRINCE2, Agile or APM qualification will be advantageous

    Competitive salary depending on experience

  • 12 months fixed term contract

  • Ideally Midlands based, however we are open to flexibility for the right candidate

  • Project based travel within the UK/Ireland initially up to 4 -5 days per month
