Independent Form F Assessor Social Worker - P1644

Candidates must be self-motivated and child-focused. You will be required to provide effective and high quality written reports relating to the assessment of prospective foster carers using the BAAF Form F 2018.

Completion of the assessment to be undertaken within the required timescales: 4 - 6 months

You will be required to attend a fostering panel along with the applicant(s) to present your report and findings.

Support and supervision will be provided.

You must be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England. This post is subject to Enhanced DBS check, Employment References and Medical Clearance.
