Full Job Description

The HR Team is looking for a Human Resources and Training coordinator to support the team and the wider business in a variety of activities.

Do you have experience in coordinating the whole recruitment processes?

Are you a HR administrator with experience in the recruitment, L & D, onboarding processes?

This role could be for you!

Some of your duties will include:

Recruitment process - advertising roles on job boards, sifting CVs, liaising with hiring managers and coordinating interviews

Onboarding - Creating offer paperwork, right to work checks, references, HRIS administration, inductions etc

Training process - Booking training courses, collating training KPIs

HR Admin - Raising purchase requisitions, benefits administration, support work experience placements

This role requires the applicant to have experience in Word ( mail merge) and Excel ( formulas). Having experience with HRIS or intranet/SharePoint is not essential but could be an advantage! Experience of HR administration processes and working with a variety of departments and stakeholders is key.,

  • Training & development: 2 years (preferred)

  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)

  • Microsoft Word: 3 years (required)

  • Human resources: 2 years (required)
