This role is part of our HR Services Team, supporting UK and International colleagues based on a hybrid basis from our office in Birmingham. It provides timely and accurate administration and coordinated transactional support throughout the employee lifecycle. Offering a full HR admin service to employees, acting as a first point of HR enquiries and supporting projects and initiatives as required. You'll be responsible for: Provides advice, administration and coordination of all transactional processes, throughout the employee lifecycle, works to achieve first time resolution so that the wider HR team and Mace colleagues feel supported and positive results are achieved. Works to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), to respond to first line queries, process documentation and system updates. Support and have a sound understanding of People policies and guidance. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of people data maintaining and updating the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Contributes to continuous improvement of HR Services processes. Works with various systems to administer HR processes such as Taleo, Oracle HCM, Service now. Works with HR operation stakeholders to identify and understand local business needs and seek specialist support from our communities of excellence teams where appropriate. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. You'll need to have: Experience working with an HR system. Attention to detail, providing accurate first-time resolutions. Strong organisational skills and working effectively to deadlines. Previous experience of working in a similar environment or role in HR/Administrative capacity (or equivalent). Confidence and self-belief to provide advice and coordination of HR activity through effective communication. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly both written and oral. Demonstrates taking ownership of own continuous personal development. Ability to lead self and provide guidance to more junior roles. Digitally savvy and a competent user of MS Office. You'll also have: Experience of working for a large scale and fast paced professional organisation. Comfortable within a changing environment and ability to embrace, understand and utilise new technologies. Able to adapt to organisational change and priorities in a positive way.
