Full Job Description

Tide Partnership are delighted to be partnering with a leading care provider in their search for a HR Advisor! A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an incredible people team and contribute to their mission of delivering outstanding care., As the HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice and guidance on all HR-related matters, resolve ER issues effectively and assist in change management initiatives - to name a few duties! This is a generalist position where every day will be different.,

  • Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.

  • Assist in change management initiatives, including TUPE

  • Conduct data analysis to identify HR trends, measure employee engagement, and inform decision-making

  • Deliver training for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Support the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures

  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

    CIPD qualified or working towards

  • Strong employment law knowledge

  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment

  • HR experience within the care sector is desirable


  • Travel - Due to the nature of the role and organisation, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel on a regular basis across the North region. Additionally, due to the location of the services, you will need to hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.,
