Health Care Assistant

Looking for a Care Assistant to join our clients team at a care home in the Bridgnorth area. You will be responsible for providing essential support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and promoting their overall well-being.,

• Providing personal care and assistance to residents


• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment


• Administering medication and recording observations


• Offering emotional support and reassurance to residents


• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other carers


• Adhering to professional standards and procedures

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately


• Capacity to remain calm and composed in challenging situations


• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail


• Working alternating weekends, to promote continuity of care and ensure fairness among all employees at the care home.
