  • Your Role as HEAD OF REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

    In this pivotal year, as a HEAD OF REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will be paramount as you address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide assistance to enhance their experience with us. Join us in our mission to cultivate thriving communities where every resident feels truly at home.

    What You Will Bring:

  • Extensive leadership experience in a repairs and maintenance environment covering both a direct labour organisation and external contracting environment.

  • Experience of managing large budget workstreams, ensuring works are delivered on time and to budget, and ensuring accurate performance reporting.


  • Experience of delivering customer centred services shaped by tenant and other stakeholder feedback.


  • Experiencing of developing strong working relationships with other operational leaders to help shape the delivery of a property services function.


  • Leadership experience to promote the Group's objectives as set out in the strategic plan ensuring that corporate goals and objectives are communicated to colleagues and monitored via operational plans.
