If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading and motivating teams through complexity and have experience of delivering change at senior levels in finance and capital reporting, then we'd love to hear from you.What are we looking for?We are seeking a talented Qualified Actuary (or equivalent by experience) with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex actuarial reporting change. Both your ability to manage complex and potentially competing
priorities and excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills will be critical to being successful in this role.You will ideally have Experience of building and running multi-disciplinary financial reporting and change teams, along with a detailed knowledge of actuarial reporting systems and processesKnowledge of key reporting metrics including Solvency II, knowledge of IFRS-17 and actuarial concepts relevant to actuarial reporting, and Knowledge of insurance products and markets and experience working with UK and European reporting regulation will be extremely beneficial.We want to hire the whole version of you.We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
