- Graduates in a related field of study, Robotics, Compute Science, Industrial Automation, Engineering Controls, Electrical Engineering etc.
- Aspiring PLC Software, EPLAN, Simulation or Industrial Robotic Engineers.
- Right to Live / Work in the UK.

The establishment of our own academy, enables us to formalise and expand upon our existing in-house training capabilities, through structured, measurable training programmes within EPLAN design, PLC Software, Robot Programming and Simulation.
Individuals joining the team will have the pleasure of working with many household brands, such as; Jaguar Land Rover, Rolls Royce, Nissan, Rivian, Nestlé, Mars, Purina, JCB and many more. Alongside potential for overseas working in the future.
We want young talented individuals to flourish under our academy and truly find where they best within our business, whilst allowing us to continue to expand our dynamic and productive engineering, design and commissioning teams, outside of the traditional recruitment methods.
The Prologik Academy method consists of in-depth coaching, mentoring and on the job training from members of our team with 25+ years of experience in their respective fields, as well as job rotations, shadowing, measurable assignments, and bright career prospects.
