  • Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Enhance and adapt our fundraising strategy in collaboration with the Head of Fundraising.

  • Grant Writing and Management: Apply for grants aligned with our objectives, ensuring exceptional recognition and reporting.

  • Prospect Research and Pipeline Development: Build a robust pipeline of funding opportunities through effective research strategies.

  • Relationship Building and Donor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with donors, engaging them through regular communication and special events.

  • Fundraising Campaign Management: Develop and manage fundraising campaigns to support our initiatives.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain comprehensive records of fundraising activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our CRM system.

    You are a proactive individual with a keen interest in the charitable sector. Educated to degree level, you possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for making a difference. You excel in persuasive writing and are adept at engaging stakeholders both internally and externally. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to building evidence-based proposals set you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by achieving targets without compromising on values.
