Full Job Description

If you enjoy working within a team that's passionate about its cause, and would love to be a part of our Charity's growth plans, then our Fundraising and Events Administrator role is for you.

To support The Mulberry Bush's growth, we are expanding our small but energetic fundraising team. One of the key roles in this growth plan is a Fundraising and Events Administrator. This is a vital role which will drive us forward, allowing us to help even more emotionally traumatised children, young adults and those who work with them.

We'll look to you to:

· Take a lead in running the day-to-day administration activities for the fundraising team.

· Be a key player in organising our own fundraising events.

· Provide help and guidance to others who are organising their own events in aid of the charity.

· Support people who are taking part in challenge events.

At The Mulberry Bush, we believe that with support and opportunities, children can overcome challenges and shape their future. We see their untold stories, possibilities, dreams, and untapped potential - and we believe in their ability to rewrite their destiny.

The Mulberry Bush is a UK-based charity, and a therapeutic community, registered as a children's home and a non-maintained residential special school. We are dedicated to transforming the lives of those affected by childhood trauma. Since 1948, we've been helping children and those around them through specialist therapeutic services. Over the years we have established an outstanding reputation for transforming the lives of all those affected by childhood trauma.

As a charity we are committed to research and evaluation. This commitment allows us to continually enhance therapeutic interventions and contribute to the broader understanding of child development and trauma-informed care.

We believe we offer something special - and we'd love you to be part of it. Apply today and be a part of an extraordinary story.

We're looking for someone who…

· Will take ownership of the administration tasks within the fundraising team.

· Can work collaboratively within the team and the wider organisation.

· Is willing, and able, to play an active role in hosting and attending events (some of which maybe out of normal working hours).

· Has the legal right to live and work in the UK.

We'll care for you too

You're not just part of a team, you're part of our family. Support echoes through every part of our community, and your colleagues are always here to lend a hand or share a smile. We also offer the following benefits to make your journey with us even more rewarding:

· Competitive salary.

· 25 days annual leave (increasing with length of service), plus public holidays.

· Employer contribution pension of 6%.

· Enhanced parental leave benefits.

· Subsidised meals.
