Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fundraiser to join our Income Generation team. The role will have a particular focus on corporate fundraising and participation events to help increase and sustain income for the Trust.
The role involves working closely with operational colleagues and external organisations to identify and generate income to support our programmes in line with the Trusts strategic aims., Please be aware that a DBS check is required for this role and will be only carried out following an offer of employment to the successful candidate.

You will be a proactive, creative and persuasive communicator who is able to manage and maintain key relationships with people from all sectors. Able to meet goals, targets and deadlines, with good organisational skills and a high standard of accuracy. You will be a team player who is also able to work using your own initiative. You will be able to demonstrate a personal affinity to the values of Papworth Trust and the needs of the disabled people we support.
