Full-Time Recruitment Consultant

You will have the flexibility to work from home or our office based in the heart of Warrington. Your primary goal is to bolster our sales team by scouting and recruiting top-notch sales professionals. This role will also encompass:

• Conducting interviews and aiding in the selection process.


• Undertaking general and varied office management tasks.


• Utilizing recruitment platforms such as Indeed to source candidates.


• Working independently while reporting directly to the Managing Director.
  
  Educational achievements of A-levels or higher.


• Eagerness to contribute to company improvement.


• Familiarity with Indeed and other recruitment platforms is a plus.


• Previous experience in recruitment or office management is advantageous but not essential.


• An individual who is adaptive, proactive, and ready to join a young, enthusiastic team.
