Front of House / Receptionist

We have an excellent opportunity for a Front of House/Reception team member to join our expanding team in Wrexham and Nantwich (Burland).

We launched our first Freyja Medical clinic in Wrexham 7 years ago and recently opened a brand-new purpose-built facility near Nantwich., As a Front of House/Reception team member, you will oversee the customer journey. You will need to communicate with patients over the phone and via email. Excellent communication skills are crucial to succeed in the role. This is a customer service based role so previous experience in sales and service is required. As a Receptionist/Front-of-house Sales team member you will, but not be limited to:

· Welcome guests into the practice & provide refreshments

· Coordinate appointment bookings via email & phone

· Manage booking system

· Understand the treatments provided to answer any enquires and book consultations.

· Ensure the front of house area is presentable

· Take payments for treatments

· Cash up

· Ensure smooth running of the day to day bookings

· Be proactive in engaging with patients in conversation and discussion of clinic offerings

. Be proactive in managing leads and the sales journey

. Engage with the in-house commission system to promote our services and products to suitable customers and thereby earn commission on sales.

• Experience in Aesthetics and/or Dermatology (desirable)


• Interest in Aesthetic treatments


• Provide excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face or on the phone or via email.

• Have basic computer skills, including the use of Word and Excel.


• Be keen to promote treatments and products to our clients.
