Full Job Description

The Finance Administrator will assist the CFO in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role is responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and helping to prepare financial reports. It is ideal for someone currently studying for their ACCA qualification, providing a practical environment to apply academic knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Financial Transactions: Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and entered into the accounting system.

- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Budgeting Support: Help prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditure against budgets, reporting any variances to the CFO.

- Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and reconcile other financial accounts as required.

- Payroll Assistance: Support the processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
