Full Job Description
- Independently manage caseload within the family team under director supervision
- Provide expert advice on Private Law Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Settlements, Separation, Domestic Violence, and more
- Navigate complex and time-sensitive matters
- Conduct legal research, advocacy, and assist the Director
- Proactively handle new enquiries and drive business development initiatives
Fully qualified senior solicitor (3-5+ PQE desirable); alternative qualifications considered - Confident caseload manager with commercial acumen
- Strong IT skills, exceptional communication (written and verbal)
- Outstanding academic record; prior experience with leading firms is advantageous
- Proven expertise in family law and privately funded caseload management.
- Initiative, drive, speed, accuracy, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to bring in work and excel in business development.
