Full Job Description

The Executive Assistant will work to support the Area Managing Director for Northern Europe and Internal Communications on site.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Provide a high level of confidential and efficient administrative support for the in-scope leaders.

  • Monitor and coordinate leader's calendar and undertaking proactive planning.

  • Manage Leaders team calendar of events, to include internal, external and industry events, ensuring that all necessary meetings are scheduled effectively and communicated well in advance.

  • Planning and booking travel for the leaders and providing a full and detailed itinerary for each trip.

  • Handle the logistics of Leadership team meetings, both face to face and virtual, including venue finding, accommodation and travel itineraries for all attendees.

  • Coordinate and schedule 1:1's and business reviews.

  • Prepare and reconcile monthly expenses for Area Managing Director

  • Complete Deloitte calendar (for AMD's working out of host country).

  • Liaise with other PA's and EAs for overseas meeting arrangements, calendar synchronisation and travel requirements.

  • Be the point of contact for VIP site visitors and guests, including internal and external VIP's and senior Kenvue employees. Meeting and greeting all visitors and liaising with their EA's to assist with meeting logistics in advance of their arrival.

  • Responsible for the planning and logistics of various meetings as required, including setting up of all recurring meetings, e.g. weekly operational meetings, monthly C&S reviews, S&OP meetings, C 7 meetings, C 6 meetings, etc.

  • Cover holidays of Head of Marketing & Commercial EA's based on same site and vice versa.

  • Undertake ad hoc projects as and when required, Act as a role model for Kenvue values always. Demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour in all areas of responsibility.

  • Maintain thorough familiarity with your detailed personal Health & Safety responsibilities as described in the Company's Health & Safety policy.

  • Adherence to the following:


  • o UK Safe Fleet Policy.

    o Healthcare Compliance Policies.
  • Company policies and necessary training and development requirements within required time frames.

  • Ensure compliance to the Company's product complaint process.

  • Willingness to travel, and attend meetings as required.

  • Experience Required:
  • An experienced Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant, with a clear track record of supporting senior leaders in a global organisation

  • Professional individual, with excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Must have an excellent knowledge of software packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Training will be given on any non-standard packages to help with role.
