Events Manager - West Midlands

As the UKs biggest pub company, Stonegate hold a number of different sized events across the year, to support engagement with our colleagues, Publicans and Partners and we're looking for an experienced Events Manager to join the team. Reporting to our Director of Communications, the Events Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, coordination and execution of various events and activity in line with the Groups event calendar. As Events Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, including logistics, attendees and supplier management. We're looking for an Events Manager with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset to deliver memorable and impactful events.

As Events Manager, you'll manage events entirely: from budget management, scoping of venue and suppliers, as well as planning and event execution to post event feedback and analysis.

• Proven experience (1-2 years) in event planning and execution,



• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.



• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external stakeholders



• Ability to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders and build high levels of trust



• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative event concepts and overcome challenges.
  
  Flexibility to work evenings / stay away overnight and travel as required for events (whilst it is expected you will work 3 days a week in the office most weeks, regular travel will be required)
