Electrician (Heating controls& Small works)

Buston and Maughan are currently seeking to employ electricians, the job role is to work within social housing across the north east.

The role consists of terminating combi boiler and associated controls, bathroom upgrade works, minor installation works & E.I.C.R/void maintenance works within social housing properties across the north east.

• Appropriate experience working in the Building Construction/Maintenance Industry.


• The ability to trace, diagnose and rectify faults.


• The ability to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships.


• Full, clean driving license


Qualifications

City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 and 2 certificate or equivalent.

18th Edition.

AM2

Desirable

An equivalent electrical installation qualification plus City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent.

knowledge of S and Y plan heating systems an advantage, but not a requirement.
