My client, a leading e-commerce retailer in the home furnishings industry, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Email Marketing and CRM to join their team in Leeds. This role offers an opportunity to drive customer engagement, nurture leads, and enhance customer loyalty through effective email campaigns and CRM strategies for an e-commerce business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive customer engagement for the e-commerce platform.

  • Utilise CRM tools and customer data to segment audiences and personalise communications for improved targeting and conversion rates on the e-commerce site.

  • Implement email automation workflows and trigger-based campaigns to enhance the customer experience and drive e-commerce sales.

  • Analyse email marketing metrics and customer data to optimise campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement in e-commerce performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall e-commerce marketing strategies.

    2-4 years of experience in email marketing and CRM management for e-commerce businesses, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry trends.

  • Proficiency in using email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce) for e-commerce campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making for e-commerce initiatives.

  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling email copy for e-commerce products and promotions.

    Competitive salary in the range of £27,000 - £34,000 per annum.
