Full Job Description

The company is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to help us to continue to drive forward our growth strategy.

Utilising your experience you will quickly gain an understanding of the wants and needs of our diverse group of customers. Then you will identify and implement the most effective ways of engaging with our target audiences in order to raise the awareness of our businesses and their services.

The successful candidate will be resourceful, organised and motivated to promote our services in a way that builds on our excellent reputation.

The main expectations of the role will be to:

  • Create, Deliver and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing, web content) to achieve business objectives

  • Develop SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings for the company

  • Review 'paid for' campaigns and make recommendations on relevance and ROI

  • Plan, create and co-ordinate the company's social media channel content

  • Plan and write content that focuses on attraction, conversion and retention of our audience - including research, copywriting, obtaining quotes and conducting interviews where appropriate

  • Develop an email marketing plan and execute marketing campaigns

  • Design content including creating marketing collateral, social media assets, infographics, newsletters and use of video creation software

  • Monitor Google Analytics to measure success and find areas of improvement

  • Support the planning and maintenance of company websites, with the latest news and insights ensuring content remains fresh

  • You will need:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • To be organised, structured and happy to make suggestions

  • To have knowledge of the main social media platforms and Google Adwords

  • Some graphic design experience

  • Familiar with Mailchimp

  • To enjoy analysing data and be results orientated

  • A recognised marketing qualification and at least two years relevant, full time work experience, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Marketing: 2 years (required)

    £22,000 - £24,000 a year - Part-time, £22 - £24k per annum

  • 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

  • Permanent

  • Flexible hybrid working available (time at the office when required)
