Delivery Recruitment Consultant

As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant specializing in the USA renewables industry, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified candidates within our network of clients. You will collaborate closely with both candidates and clients to understand their unique needs, ensuring successful placements that contribute to the growth and success of the renewable energy sector.,

• Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract talented professionals within the renewables industry. Screen candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure they meet the requirements of our clients.


• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the renewables sector, understanding their hiring needs, organizational culture, and business objectives. Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategies and candidate selection to support their talent acquisition goals.


• Talent Engagement and Management: Proactively engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations, skills, and preferences. Maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.


• Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the renewables sector. Conduct research to identify emerging talent pools, skill gaps, and recruitment challenges, providing insights to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.


• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including recruiters, account managers, and support staff, to deliver exceptional recruitment services to our clients. Share knowledge, best practices, and resources to optimize candidate sourcing and placement processes.
  
  Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the renewables or energy industry.


• Understanding of the USA renewables market, including key players, technologies, and regulatory frameworks.


• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in technical or specialized roles.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.


• Working hours will be until 10pm UK to ensure market coverage.
