Damp-proofing Technician, PCA Technician, Property Preservation Technician, Damp and Timber Technici

To ensure every measure is taken to achieve the highest standards of service to the customer/client

Ensuring Health & Safety / CDM regulations and safe working practices are always adhered to

Working closely with relevant internal office teams and ensuring that work instructions are carried out and completed to the required specification

Daily communication / reporting to Contracts Manager to ensure they are aware of current issues and / or areas of concern / satisfaction in relation to contracts and work being undertaken, including obtaining prior approval before any additional work is carried out

To assist the Contracts Manager with any additional ad-hock operative related work that may need attention to ensure the smooth running of related jobs

It is expected that as a front-line member of staff a professional approach in both appearance and attitude is always adhered to whilst representing the Company

• Damp Proofing: 1 year (preferred)


• Hacking Off: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• CSCS Card (preferred)


• Driving License (required)
