Full Job Description

While working as a customer service apprentice, your day-to-day role will involve the following tasks:

  • Answering customer phone calls with a polite and professional demeanour.

  • Raising support tickets and accurately assigning them to the appropriate tier for resolution.


  • Serving customers in our shop, which includes:
  • Understanding customer inquiries and providing accurate answers.

  • Recommending the right products based on customer needs.

  • Processing customer transactions efficiently.

  • Any other task or responsibility in line with the role.

    Functional Skills in Maths & English (if required)

  • Level 2 Customer Service qualification upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship, Communication skills, IT skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Initiative, Good Time Keeping, Reliable, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade Grade 4 or above) Desired

  • GCSE or equivalent maths (Grade Grade 4 or above) Desired
