Full Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated, customer-orientated, people manager to join this well-established consultancy, to lead and mentor the support team and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to provide them with support and guidance.,

  • Provide support to set base of accounts, ensuring they are happy with their service, support with any issues that arise and spot any opportunities to develop or add additional services.

  • Manage a small team of dedicated customer support specialists, with their own accounts to look after and nurture.

  • Full management responsibilities including 121, absence management, holiday/leave, appraisals, and development.

  • Working alongside the Relationship Managers to provide insight into any upsell/cross-sell opportunities, capitalising on any feedback from your customer base.

  • Support the Support Director with efficient running of the department.

  • Be a key presence in the company, being a true representative of company values and processes.

    Previous people management experience is a must.

  • Experience in a customer support environment.

  • Someone happy to come into a FTC Maternity cover and confident to hit the ground running.

  • A people person, able to build relationships quickly both externally and internally.

  • Passionate about customer support and providing exceptional service.
