Full Job Description

Do you want to be part of a growing team that will be leading the direction around how to unlock category and commercial growth?, As Customer Category Professional you will be responsible for analysing data and working cross functionally, to create a clear category led customer plan delivering growth for the Customer and Arla.,

  • Within your categories/customers, tailoring, planning and executing short, medium and long term category growth plans, securing long term engagement and execution with customers leading to mutual growth.

  • Combine market, shopper and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and execute these through outstanding category leadership initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely within the function and also within the wider sales and marketing function to step change our customer execution.

  • Ensure Arla's growth plans and initiatives are converted into brilliant execution that drives growth, positively impacts shopper behaviours and continues to build our Dairy credentials within the industry.

  • Supporting the broader category team with ad hoc projects

    To be successful in this role you will have at least one years experience in a category or sales role within FMCG company or retailer. You will have good organisational and numerical skills with and will also be skilled at building relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
