Crowd Safety Steward

We are looking for Crowd Safety Stewards to join our expanding team at major events & festivals across the Midlands and UK wide for our summer season 2024.

Duties whilst on shift:

• Controlling access points/ exit gates and site perimeter patrolling


• Supporting customers by utilising effective customer service skills


• Crowd control - directing foot traffic, queue management, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour.
  
  Have strong verbal communication skills


• Excellent timekeeping


• An approachable manner with superb customer facing skills


• The ability to handle confrontational situations whilst remaining calm & professional at all times


• Smart & Presentable


• Confident


• Team Player, Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract


Pay: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
