Full Job Description

As a Host you will be an integral part of our delivery sites, being the first point of contact via phone or in person for people at our site in Birmingham. You will take a lead in site administration and coordination activities and will be available to support colleagues and people who are accessing our services. On our sites will be delivering services and support to people who are currently unemployed to help them to enhance and develop their skills and to find employment, through a range of supportive activity.

You will enjoy working with and helping a wide range of people and will have excellent customer service skills, be a great communicator and have a flexible and resilient approach to problem solving., + Ability to engage, and relate well to individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and abilities
+ Customer Service focused
+ Professional and efficient telephone manner.
+ Dynamic, self-motivated with previous experience of prioritising tasks.
+ Flexible approach and ability to cope with the varying demands of the role.
+ Ability to act on own initiative.
+ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
+ Positive attitude to disability and social inclusion with an understanding of related issues
+ Relevant previous administrative experience, including use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
+ Previous experience in a customer service role, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
