Coupa Analyst

Coupa Analyst - Warwick, hybrid - circa £40,000 plus bens, National Gas has legally separated from National Grid, and now is an exciting time for us as we grow a new specialised team in our talented shared service centre, separating from a legacy system and building new systems with our own solutions. We are looking for a Coupa Analyst, who can ensure that the process from Purchase Request to invoice approval is appropriate, efficient, and user friendly within the Coupa/ ServiceNow HRSD environment. You'll operate the System administration of Coupa/ ServiceNow HRSD and ensure knowledge is gathered and maintained to support.

A typical day would include:

• Work on user requests and queries received through ServiceNow within SLAs.


• Ensure that controls are operated and documented.


• Ensure Data is accurate and reconciles to connected applications.


• Manage queries regarding Coupa use.


• Ensure workflows are accurately maintained.
  
  You've got proven experience from a shared service centre environment, ideally have Coupa Administration certification, plus:



• An understanding of workflow approval-based logic.


• Experience in Coupa and/ or ServiceNow HRSD.


• The ability to clearly document and explain business processes.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Salary circa £40,000 (dependant on experience)
