Full Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for the development and delivery of the conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and analytics strategy. You'll have solid CRO and analytics experience in an ecommerce environment; experience shaping CRO strategies in a multichannel marketing mix business. This is a blank canvas to accelerate eCommerce growth by Optimising our D2C digital experiences to consumers in UK/EMEA and North America. Also shape and enhance the future of our analytics and measurement as we grow the business into new markets and expand our marketing mix, you'll have the experience of maturing ecommerce business decision making based on solid data and insight.,

  • Develop the Strategy with the Marketing Director for the execution, and success of CRO - execute brilliantly built, insight led user experiences

  • Drive profitable growth across all websites and devise the best approach to surface our products/proposition through optimal UX, to optimise the commerce performance of our global business

  • Insight led ideation and hypothesis formulation, collaboration with marketing team, and execute performance enhancing concepts which improve conversion and ROAS

  • Own and manage the Analytics, maintain data integrity. Analyse data and opportunity to improve profitability through all digital and 1st party data within the business

  • Daily management: optimise, manage experiments and analytics, embed culture of test and learn at pace

  • Collaborate across functions to implement experiments, establish statistical significant learnings and industrialise into a permanent state

  • Work with engineers, designers, developers, CX to build top-notch digital experiences

  • Hands on a solid experience with Google Analytics, Post-Hog (or similar A/b testing tools), CRM data, plus other qualitative and quantitative data tools used in Ecommerce

    Advanced CRO and Analytics competency - demonstrable experience using A/B testing and Analytics tools, within a large-scale full circle marketing mix e-commerce business. UI/UX design is a plus.

  • A good technical understanding of measurement, data, attribution and tag management

  • A data-driven approach with superior analytical and quantitative skills. You'll think creatively to determine testing methodologies and to optimiseoptimisation opportunities to deliver results.

  • Data analysis, reporting, and data-driven strategic decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; influence stakeholders
