Compliance Administrator

We're super excited to be on the lookout for a Compliance Administrator to join our team in Swarcliffe. It's a role with meaning, so you'll be making a real difference to thousands of customers lives with what you do.

So, who are the Swarcliffe team? Well, they're responsible for reactive, void, planned maintenance, and compliance works of 1400 properties working closely with Leeds City Council under the Swarcliffe PFI contract.

What you'll be doing

You'll provide administration support for the technical team, processing and raising of orders, arranging customer appointments, identifying and documenting lifecycle works, evidence gathering, diary management of property surveyors and ensure that contract information is up to date and contractors queries are answered. Phew, that was a mouthful right?

You'll liaise directly with contractors, LCC compliance and housing colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the voids process and producing correspondence, schedules, reports, spreadsheets using office pc systems.

You'll take responsibility for the planning and scheduling of work for the multi skilled operatives in the team and site based staff . And assist in monitoring the compliance inbox, take ownership of the task to ensure compliance and ensure compliance reporting is completed and up to date.

Also, you'll provide excellent customer care & if necessary, deescalate potential complaints & use persuasive skills to educate customers on the need of compliance / repairs that needs to be undertaken.

You'll be assisting in planning and schedule & track compliance works (e.g. Gas Safety checks, fixed wire testing, unvented cylinder checks, solid fuel and oil checks, PAT testing, Fire and Smoke Alarm checks) so would be great if you had experience with dealing with compliance works

You'll be able to develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues & stakeholders. And have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make great decisions for the benefit of the customer experience.

You'll demonstrate experience working quickly, with attention to detail but maintaining accuracy in output and have excellent analytical skills.

In return we offer £27,395.97 per annum for a 35 hour week, 25 days annual leave (raising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays.
