Communications Business Partner

We're looking for someone to help drive engagement across The 1:1 Diet Consultant network, a dedicated and passionate group of c6,000 business owners, by creating a solid communications strategy, all while upgrading their consultant experience. You'll be genuinely passionate about making continuous improvements, and be dedicated to showcasing the impact great communications can have on commercial ambitions, Reporting to our Senior PR & Communications Manager, you'll be working as the guardian of the Consultant experience. Focusing on our 6,000+ Consultants, you'll make sure they stay engaged and excited about The 1:1 Diet brand and their growing businesses.

This is a new and exciting role, and we want you to grab this opportunity by the horns and lead us through commercially-driven storytelling and razor-sharp strategy.

But you'll also be confident when it comes to auditing our current comms. After all, we want you to drive improvements and change, while balancing BAU and everyday tasks.

During your onboarding, you'll get the chance to shadow our Consultants out in the field, so you get a better understanding of their everyday experience. You'll also get to attend lots of exclusive Consultant events and awards, with occasional evening sessions, such as Zoom calls.
