Relevant experience working on high quality commercial litigation in the High Court or before the leading arbitration bodies - Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
- Be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Must be a SRA registered lawyer
Burges Salmon are offering an opportunity for a Solicitor of at least 6 years' PQE to join our leading team of commercial litigation lawyers in Bristol. In this role, you can expect complex and high value work on behalf of household name national and international clients. - UK-wide: We have lawyers who are qualified to work in all three legal jurisdictions in the UK - England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
- International: Across the world, we work with a select number of like-minded independent law firms - our Preferred Law Firm network.
The Team
Our 100+ strong team of dispute resolution lawyers work on a diverse range of complex challenges facing their clients. We focus on outcomes, not just process.
You'll work with a range of high-profile and cutting edge clients in a variety of sectors . Working as part of a team, you'll handle complex commercial litigation including contractual disputes, corporate/shareholder disputes, professional negligence, fraud, insurance and financial services/banking disputes.
