Cleaner Operative

As a Night Cleaning operator, your responsibilities will include maintaining clean and well-maintained equipment, ensuring it's in safe working condition and meeting all agreed SLAs. You'll develop a thorough understanding of the designated cleaning area, including the timing of tasks and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals while adhering to Health and Safety regulations. Successful completion of all required training is essential for carrying out the cleaning role effectively. Working collaboratively within a team and demonstrating initiative are key aspects of this role. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and continuously striving to exceed expectations are integral to success.

To excel in this role, you should possess basic English communication and reading skills, with previous cleaning experience being desirable but not essential. A flexible approach to the role is necessary, along with traits such as openness, honesty, self-drive, determination, reliability, and a professional attitude.
