CIBTAC Technical Lead (Beauty)

The role: The CIBTAC Technical Lead will support our team of CIBTAC Centre Coordinators by providing technical knowledge and review of day to day coordination tasks and activities as well as supporting the CIBTAC Education and Technical Teams.

We are looking for someone who has technical subject knowledge, education experience, is process driven, proactive, and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude, who instinctively takes responsibility and ownership of tasks and who enjoys working in a fun and close-knit team environment.

The key areas of focus within the role include:

• Support/assist coordination of examination schedules


• Liaise with CIBTAC Centres for troubleshooting, advice, and guidance


• Ensure all paperwork is processed in a timely and accurate manner to meet examination deadlines and SLA's


• Support with necessary travel arrangements for each schedule when applicable


• Support/assist yearly audits for centres and production of relevant documents as required


• Support/assist quality assurance processes with regards to examination papers, results, and certificates


• Support colleagues and other areas of the business as required
  
  A teaching qualification and a minimum of 2 years active teaching experience in private training or further education setting (PGCE/Cert Ed/DTTLS desirable)


• An assessor qualification (desirable but not essential)


• An IQA qualification (desirable but not essential)


• An EQA qualification (desirable but not essential)


• Subject qualifications for levels 2 and 3 in Beauty/Spa/Nails/Complementary Therapies


• Subject qualifications for level 4 in Advanced Aesthetics/Blemish Removal/Laser (desirable but not essential)


• Excellent administrative and communication skills


• Exceptional attention to detail


• Competent in using MS applications (word, excel, outlook)


• A good level of secondary education


• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team, GCSE or equivalent (required)


Language:

• English (required)


Licence/Certification:

• IQA or EQA (preferred)


• Level 4 in Advanced Aesthetics/Blemish Removal/Laser Quals (preferred)


• Level 2 or 3 in Beauty/Spa/Nails/Complementary Qualification (preferred)

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
