We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic team players to join their existing team in looking after children and young people from traumatic backgrounds. You will be part of a skilled and dedicated team to develop and support children and young people towards positive outcomes and to go on to live happy and fulfilled lives.,

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence

  • Enhanced DBS certificate is required

  • Must be over the age of 21

  • QCF L3 CYP Workforce qualified is desirable

  • 2 Years Experience in similar setting

  • Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-in's, Passionate and enthusiastic approach to helping young people

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to negotiate and influence, while exercising emotional intelligence

  • An empathetic, people person - Calm, reflective and flexible

  • Ability to work on your own initiative

  • Ability to cope with crisis situations

  • Ability to work in, and adapt to, a changing environment

  • Good administrative, recording and reporting skills

  • A safe and inspiring role model for children and young people from traumatic backgrounds

  • A commitment to deliver individual and organisational targets

  • Not deterred by shift work - dedicated, and committed with a "can do" attitude
