Chef de Partie / Sous Chef

General day to day running of a kitchen alongside the head chef or in the head chefs absence

The ideal candidate will have some experience of restaurant service, ideally if for sous chef will have 3 years in a CDP role and looking to step up or a sous chef looking for a change.

Level 2 food hygiene would be a benefit, as well as a basic understanding of coshh, haccp, food safety etc.

£28,000 - £34,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time
