Salary - £13.53 per hour
This role requires you to already have the right to work in the UK.

Are you passionate about caring for others and making a difference to people lives whilst supporting them in their own home? Home First is the county wide Urgent Care and Reablement Service managed by Hoople Care.

We are looking for Reablement Workers to work throughout Herefordshire supporting people in the community to regain maximum independence following an admission to hospital, a crisis at home, illness or disability, or any change in circumstances that has impacted their independence.

We have a great benefits package which on offer:

  • £13.53 per hour, with bonus pay for bank holidays and special holiday


  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile

  • Full payment of allocated shift, including the travel time between calls.
