Full Job Description

To schedule and allocate work on a daily/weekly basis to our team of dedicated care workers. You will be part of our office team that is dedicated to providing the best bespoke care in the sector. The job role involves building and maintaining a working rolling rota and providing support and advice to the care team. Liaising with other Health and social care professionals to maintain a high level of care to our clientele. The role also involves On Call for our out of hours emergency line and this is done on a rostered basis, covering one weekend in 3 on a rostered basis. You may be asked to undertake care calls with our clientele on an emergency basis. The successful applicant will also be involved in the care plan building process.

Experience within an office setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of care/rota processes, including scheduling, staff/client management, and quality control
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
