You'll be responsible for: Maintain a number of project directories across a number of D&NS BU projects. Complete monthly accesses audits of project directories. Manage new starter and leavers processes for secure projects including Security Vetting checks. Set up and maintenance of secure Sharepoints with regular reviews of access. Assist with Client Security audits and preparation of audit assurance reports. Monitoring of leavers process. Collation and sharing of security forms for project members. General administration for Security Team. You'll need to have: Strong customer-service focus - responds promptly to customer needs and meets commitments. Strong organisation skills - completes tasks correctly, accurately and on time. Shows initiative - able to work independently and prioritise without direction Teamwork - balances team and individual responsibilities, contributes to building a positive team spirit. Safety and security - observes all safety/security procedures, using materials and equipment properly. Demonstrates professionalism and enthusiasm. Willing to learn Excellent communication skills - written/verbal. Strong interpersonal skills - maintains confidentiality, listens without interrupting, calm and unflappable. Punctual, reliable and dependable. Flexible/adaptable - willing to work late/early as required. Good attention to detail and quality focussed.
