Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business & Recruitment Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

  • Duties:


  • - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries

    - Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

    - Maintain records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data in accordance with GDPR

    - Complete pre-employment checks for all new staff and process all welcome packs and contracts of employment.

    - Facilitate every new Employee's Corporate induction to ensure organisational structure and policies are understood.

    - Maintain stock levels of PPE, uniform and Stationery.

    - Help Deputy Manager to organise Team meetings and take minutes at meetings.

    - Support bookkeeping procedures if necessary

    - Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations

    Proven experience as a Business & Recruitment Administrator or similar role

    - Proficient in Computer skills and telephone systems

    - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively and politely with the team and external partners

    - Must be organised

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Recruiting/administration: 1 year (preferred)
