Business Excellence Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is innovative and strives to use their initiative. As a Business Excellence Coordinator you will oversee and assist as the Battery Assembly Centre's (BAC) business excellence agenda.

You will be involved in both future strategic planning and the day-to-day support for workstreams associated with business excellence and engagement to ensure that optimum benefits are delivered across BAC for the business, it's people and customers.

This role will offer you the opportunity to spread your wings as you contribute greatly to the future success of the BAC by helping to translate the JLR's agendas into practical work streams to improve the whole BAC experience for our people and customers.,

• Represent BAC in various business forums as well as manage the creation and delivery of compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategic initiatives and progress


• Oversee the development of integrated business plans that align with BAC's strategic goals


• Lead functional business reviews and business review meetings at BAC, coordinating all aspects of agenda planning, alignment, and actionable follow-ups


• Assist with forward planning efforts to ensure world-class execution of business strategies


• Actively lead and promote Tata Business Excellence initiatives within BAC, using self-assessment and scoring to establish BAC as a benchmark of excellence within the industry


• Ensure that the business excellence workstream is articulated into a clear, imaginative vision that is comprehensible and engaging for all areas of the business, fostering widespread understanding and active participation
  
  Experience in leading and executing Business Excellence, Change Programs, or significant projects


• Proficient in project management methodologies, utilizing various tools and approaches for optimal operational execution


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent ability to create and deliver engaging, efficient, and credible presentations to senior stakeholder and cross-functional teams


• Superior organisational capabilities with a keen attention to detail


• Expertise in managing relationships, influencing stakeholders, and effective communication (both written and verbal)


• Experienced in metrics and reporting to aid in the achievement of business objectives


• Advanced skills in Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint
