We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. This role offers the opportunity for frequent international travel to conferences and events.,

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships within the gaming industry.


• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.


• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client requirements.


• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.


• Represent Lively at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, both domestically and internationally.


• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
  
  Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the gaming industry.


• Strong network of contacts and relationships with game developers, publishers, and other industry stakeholders.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively.


• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.


• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and client meetings.


• UK-based, with the flexibility to work remotely and independently as needed.
