- Managing enquiries and communication with clients and providers
- Handling post, updating records, and maintaining filing systems
- Generating letters and assisting with reports and reviews
- Obtaining and presenting quotations to advisers
- Understanding platform operations and compliance processes
- Managing applications and ensuring compliance
- Maintaining diary and notes system
- Ensuring compliance of files and documents
- Fulfilling additional duties as assigned
- Possess necessary knowledge and work towards acquiring basic administration and technical qualifications
- Understand firm's administration and client service requirements
- Ensure compliant provision of advice to clients as per firm's procedures Adhere to Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules Follow firm procedures for compliance, TCF, T&C, and financial crime
- Stay updated on product, legislative, and technical changes
- Uphold ethical standards within the firm
