Full Job Description
· Deal with visitors and incoming calls to the organisation
· General Administration for the Corporate team and other operations as required
· Organising room hire requirements with customers
· Purchasing of supplies and materials
· Support the Finance Assistant with finance administration, when required
· Support and help coordinate special events
· Maintain accurate and complete records of correspondence and transactions
· Additional duties will be added once you become more competent in your role.
The training you will be getting
Formal training is delivered at HWGTA, located in Hereford (HR4 9SX).
You will receive a training plan that is specific to your qualification, with sessions that are delivered through a combination of face-to-face and remote. You will receive monthly visits from your assigned Learning and Development Specialist, who will set you work, monitor your development and wellbeing, and discuss training sessions. They will also prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your Business Administration level 3 qualification.
There is also a five-day teambuilding residential trip that is held in the spring of each year offered to all apprentices on programme.
Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent English & Maths (Grade C or 4 above) Essential
We are a local training provider that specialises in engineering and commerce apprenticeship training and bespoke work force development courses. Established in 1967 and awarded Outstanding by Ofsted in 2016.
£12,480.00
