Full Job Description

  • All aspects of accounts payable

  • Management of supplier accounting records

  • Processing and reconciling invoices to relevant documentation and records and producing payment reports

  • Reconciliation of credit card statements including chasing up supporting documentation, identifying, and correcting errors

  • Administer all relevant completed paperwork records, scanning, shredding, archiving, etc.

  • Assist with a range of office, administrative and ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required

  • Assist with month end management accounts and financial year end procedures

    This is an 18-month Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. You will be required to attend Elite Centre for Manufacturing Skills, University of Wolverhampton, Springfield Campus, Grimstone Street, Wolverhampton, WV10 0JP, 2 days per week over a 5-week period as part of the apprenticeship delivery., You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience.
