Full Job Description
Good afternoon, here at the G2 property team we are working closely with a client based in the Midlands.
Contract Length- 3 months
Rate - £300 a day
What the role looks like?
- Conducting Site Visits
- Supporting tenants on repair issues and writing up stock condition reports
- Working in partnership with the on-site asset management team to keep on top of any major building issues.
- Be able to develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, and residents.
Experience with social housing - Full UK driving licence as site visits will be required.
- Previous Local Authority Experience- (Maintenance Surveyor, Building Surveyor or similar)
- Customer facing experience as you will be liaising with tenants and landlords.
- Contract Management is advantageous but not essential.
