Full Job Description
- Ensure complex administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
- Manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and /or situations.
- Handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
- Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
Experience in a customer facing role - in a similar position or industry would be desirable. - Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational and IT skills.
- Ability to use initiative and attention to detail.
