Full Job Description

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily centre operations
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

- Ensure all activities are delivered in a safe and fun manner.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Support the General Manager in implementing strategies to achieve financial goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment

Strong supervisory skills with experience in hospitality or leisure management
- Knowledge of food production and food safety standards
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
