Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us on a full-time, permanent basis as a Quality Assurance and Improvement Lead, reporting into our Director of Quality. This role offers those with teaching experience the chance to take on a new and different direction and to partner the curriculum in achieving the very best for students.

This key role aims to enhance the quality standards within the department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring valuable insights and first-hand experience from the realm of apprenticeships, enabling them to provide specialised guidance and implement tailored strategies to elevate our quality assurance practices.

The ability to inspire, influence and motivate others is essential, as is a sound knowledge of external quality processes (such as Ofsted EIF, EQA, QAA), coaching, mentoring and highly developed interpersonal skills are also critical aspects of what it takes to be part of this key team.
